The words I want to type are sad.
They are lonely.
They are hard to express.
Have you ever lost someone so close to you that you can't find any clarity without them?

Life is good today.
I did lovely things.

Sareh and I sat on the beach for hours.
I ran my fingers through the sand drawing pictures of silly things.
Sitting there we spoke lovely words.
Sitting there I could hear myself breathe slowly deeply... lovely.

We ended the day with a dip in the pool.
The water was warm and refreshing.
The warmth wound us down from our euphoric afternoon.
I put on warm comfy clothes and here I lay in bed. All snuggled up.

countless vomiting
and 7 sleepless nights

I am happy to say that I am OUT of the hospital.
Bruised and weak but discharged nonetheless. I was given quite the run around at the hospital. My ER visit was for severe abdominal pain that was diagnosed as appendicitis. When I was emitted the doctors told me that my appendix were just abnormal and didn't need to come out... even though they could rupture at any moment (what the what?) I was then treated for a toxin in my colon and monitored for the duration of my stay. The possible appendicitis lingered above my head the whole stay. I was on the "add on" list to remove my appendix twice but each time was shot down a few hours after the decision by a stubborn surgeon. RUN. AROUND. The pain I feel is caused from my abnormal appendix. I remedy the pain with hot baths and hot packs and ridiculous pain medications that make me feel less than myself. While I was in the hospital my stomach swelled up so big it looked like I had a balloon under my hospital gown. I looked 5 months pregnant. Thank goodness the swelling has gone down enough that I can wear pants again. Haha.

Sareh came to see me every day. We watched Dexter and did the word searches in the morning newspapers. I am so blessed to have a friend like Sareh. She kept my spirits up.

Upon being discharged I was greeted with wonderful family members who drove all the way from San Jose to come see me. They brought me balloons and gorgeous orchids. I was overflowing with happiness. We walked the wharf in the crisp evening. I enjoyed clam chowder as my first meal out of the hospital.

Being home now I still feel weak, I still feel pain but I feel much better in the comfort of my own home.

Thank you all who came to visit me or called me or emailed me and prayed for me and sent good thoughts my way.

Today, in the heat, I am enjoying the sun and good music. And the company of Tank of course.

It's hard to believe that I've been in Monterey for almost whole year and that I'll be going back home soon. I'm ready for the move though. Ready to roll up my sleeves and accomplish things.

My trip home was like a breath of fresh air.
For the first time this summer I slipped off my shoes and stood on my mom's front lawn. The grass was wet and cool. It felt like summer to me.

I loved seeing family and friends.
Kami and I had a late night Denny's run just like old times. It so good to catch up with her again.
Ro came over and we made s'mores over the stove top. It was so refreshing to have her over reminiscing about high school and girl's camp. I could not see her for twenty years and we'd still be just as close.

Every detail for Luke and Vanessa's wedding was gorgeous.
I am so blessed I got to make it out to the wedding.
The last of the triplets is married.

Saturday morning and Sunday morning I landed myself in the hospital... But we figured that it wouldn't have been a real trip home if I hadn't have gone to the hospital haha.

I learned to french braid my bangs. Pretty much because everyone is doing it. It's not flattering to my face really. I have quite the forehead. Whatever.

I am going to my triplet brother's wedding. He's the last of the three to be wed. So we're kind of a big deal. Kidding.

I am sitting, counting the minutes until I can leave to go to the airport. Naturally my excitement has effected my sleep... or the lack thereof. I'm sure that once I get on my flight from my layover I will crash and be the girl who slept the whole flight. I hope I don't drool or something embarrassing. I once had a man rest his head on me shoulder and talk in his sleep. Weirdo.

I am a bit sick and that didn't help my restless night either. I was tossing and turning and staring at the clock for hours. Weird fact about me: If I am sick I would rather not sleep than sleep with my mouth open.

Sigh

On a different note:
Summer 2011 has been a rather boring and strange summer.
I wish it was full of tan lines and long warm nights with my friends. Instead, I have a lame excuse for a tan and I had a handful of busts for Friday nights. I hardly even bothered going out on Saturdays. Boo.

I'm lovin' Beyonce more. Sing. It. Girl.
I'm getting more and more excited to go home and see people and get set up in my new schedules and routines. I'm so... temporary here. But I guess that is that the hand the Army forces my hand into.

For a while now, I felt like I was pacing in my own panic room. Nothing crazy- just the same old things that you normally worry about that pile up. (I mean, I hope others worry about the same things that I feel like are same old worries.) So, I did some mental tidying up. I feel healthier all around. I listen to more uplifting music and my demeanor is lovelier.
With all the extra space up there I have been launched into lovely memories and well... lets face it rather cliche thinking.
But whatever. I'll take it.
I felt rather bubbly and I normally don't like that because that's what gets people stuck up in clouds. I like my feet firm on the ground...
But it was nice for a good five minutes. I laid on the carpet warm from the sun got lost in lovely memories. I recommend it to everyone.

I didn't realize that I never clicked the "publish post" button after writing a post for mine and the mister's 2 year anniversary. Soooooo here's a cute picture. Awwwh.

Still making cutesy baby girl stuff. This is a little rose headband. I apologize for the weird picture of me. I did not sleep well the other night. Annnnd I'm sure this headband will look so much more cute on a little baby head.

Don't worry, I finally got rid of all that energy at like 4AM and slept for an hour. Heh.

Here's an update on mah footsy:
It's been hurtin' pretty bad. I thought it was strange but ignored it for two days. (By ignored I mean I wasn't a very pleasant person at times and complained a lot to Brett...naturally)
I finally went in to el doctor today and he took a good look and an x-ray of my foot.
Upon examining he found that I had pulled some inside stitches AND a thread from the INSIDE stitches was stickin' up out of my foot. He thought he'd have to put me back under and snug everything back together. For now, he clipped the thread and glued me back together. Now, the x-ray showed that there is a small fracture on my 2nd metatarsal. Ah-ha! That's where the weird pain is coming from. I really have nothing to say but, really?? REALLY??
An antibiotic and pain killer prescription later I was out the door.
Just know that all this did not stop me from having a lovely day.

I have succumbed to the cutesy-pink-baby-frilly-ruffly-craft-making. And lemme tell yah- I am lovin' it. Me n' mah mom went to the craft store and stocked up on
cutesy-pink-baby-frilly-ruffly-craft-making stuff and are havin' a blast.
I plan on making some for my niece Liberty in dusty pink and creme.

I must have been hungry! Haha!

Day after surgery is always the worst. Thus, my blogging at 7AM on a Saturday.
My mom bought me a wheelchair from The Salvation Army. $12.99= best deal EVER!
We had to take it to the car wash and spray the heck out of it but it turned out great!
Me n' my mom are gonna tear up the town next week wheel chair and all. I am excited to show here around Carmel and Cannery Row.

The surgery was nothing exciting. Which is a good thing in my opinion.
Pain meds are doing their job and I am doing well.

Next on the list of things to do while I am out of commission is making baby headbands and decorating onesies. Two of my girlfriends had or are going to have a little precious girl. I can't help myself from making cute little girlie things for them!

My mom got me the best house warming gift! A flower pot full of lovely flowers and some herbs. Cilantro, rosemary, and... uh I don't remember the other one (dang pain meds) I will take pictures when they are all potted! Eeeee! I love my ity bity garden! Thanks mom!

It's a Monday

Oh, to be little. How I wish I was little again, just for a moment. Long before makeup and brand names. Before paperwork and interviews. When tears were from scrapped knees and tummy aches were from eating too much candy. When bravery was needed for things like climbing trees. When the simple things like blowing out a birthday candle made me joyful.

Yesterday was a very hard day. I saw clarity in things that were hidden and ignored. I was embarrassed and hurt and filled with self doubt. The tears kept falling. I could not sleep.
On the bright side- I had completed two steps to my recovery: realization and mourning. I know, I know, I could have skipped the mourning. But I think it was healthy.
I wanted a big hug from my dad. I wanted him to rock me and tell me that everything was going to be fine. I wanted a kiss on the cheek and bedtime story.
I made some tea and curled up in bed.
I felt two strong arms scoop me up and a soft voice that whispered, "Shh shh. It will all be alright." He hummed the song that puts my troubles at ease. Brett knows just what to do and what to say at the right time. How blessed I am to have him. I love you Brett.

This crazy little number is the works of my cousin, Dylan.
I talked to my grandma on the phone for about an hour today.
Her favorite topic is Brett. She always says, "...and my my that Brett sure is handsome in his uniform. Reminds me of Howard." (Howard is grandpa.) And how impressed she is with Brett and how smart he is. I'm secretly a little jealous of Brett.
The funniest things she said today were,
"Those damn birds just poop their little hearts out!"
and
"For the most part I just stared at the weeds but for a good ten minutes I was out there breakin' their little necks."

Yes, I know I am making a ridiculous face but I seriously took a ton of pictures of me smiling and my demeanor was neither pleasant or pretty. So this is what we get. Moving on.

I just wanted to show you that my hair is FINALLY long enough to put up... all up, without any bobby pins helpin' me out.

Remember that surgery I had where they shortened the second metatarsal and put four screws and a plate in there? WELL, a screw is coming loose. So out the screws and the plate come. When will the surgeries end? When?
I painted my toenails blue today. Which totally makes my feet look that much colder. I like to give myself pedicures before surgeries. Siigh. Surgery.

Juuuust found out that for this surgery I can't have any nail polish on my toes. Boo.

Got bit by a spider on my temple last night. I thought it looked like a black widow. (I think Dr. Rachel was wrong to diagnose herself) My face was hot and red and swollen and my ear swelled up too. My ear was ringing and slightly muffled. A trip to the hospital was in order. Me and the mister got into the car and headed for the hospital. The receptionist was very kind and complimented my "J lo glow". It was probably the lighting but I'll take it. The doctor was the second counselor in our ward and put all my woes to rest. He gave me some medication that made me rather loopy and we were discharged. What a night! Thanks to a wonderful husband who takes such good care of me.

I've been much more... domestic lately. I've cooked some tasty things the past few days.
Didn't even set off the fire alarm. However, there was still smoke billowing out of the windows.

It is so wonderful to have Luke home and safe! He served a mission in the Marshall Islands and I couldn't be more proud of him! He's thinner than when he left but nonetheless, all in one piece. What a fantastic reunion!

Luke had a layover in LAX where he met up with my grandma and aunt. Jeremiah was late and missed him going to his gate. He tried to get the airport to call him back to security but it was too late. Luckily, a Hawaiian airport attendant (yes, I have to throw in that she was Hawaiian) over heard Jeremiah's conversation and gave Jeremiah a temporary boarding pass. Luke said at first they didn't recognize each other. I am thrilled they got to see each other!

A uhhh rather fortunate car accident is leaving someone a significant amount richer.
Went to the doctor today and yet another surgery is in my new future. Nothing new, right? I HATE feet so I will keep it short- I have a cyst on the top of my foot that is preventing tendons from sliding back and forth. So out if goes. I won't go into other details about my doctor's visit but I have a whooooole ton of referrals and blood work lined up for next week. Story of my life.
My legs are experiencing tightness that is concerning me. It's the same tightness that all those surgeries fixed. I called the doc who did the initial surgeries and he has yet to get back to me. Hopefully this is all part of the healing process and I'll be up and running again in no time. I've been in my stylish boot on and off. I actually slept with both boots on the other night to prevent charlie horses. Sigh... Story.of.my.life.
I am soooo excited to see Luke home and safe. It's like Christmas.
My little group of Army wives that I hang out with are a hoot. We're having a nice little bonfire/get together tomorrow night. I am bringing a pasta salad that I am proud to report is rather tasty.
The kitchen and I are getting along quite nicely these days. No fire alarms being set off, no ruined dinners, no strange concoctions.
My new friend Sareh has been showing me all the hidden secrets of Monterey-the best views of the beach, the best hole in the wall diners, beautiful hiking trails. She is also teaching me lovely recipes like sharp white cheddar alfredo. YUM.O.
It seems like I have so much more to report on but my mind is somewhere else tonight. I'll report more later.

In 12 days I will be flying home to welcome him home!

-In other news-
Today was day one of working at the AT&T golf tournament.
I was nervous going into it because I had no idea what to expect.
And I know ZERO about golf.
I absolutely loved it!
I was helping with food prep; baja chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, cheddar bacon burgers, bratwurst with onions, stake with mushroom sandwiches, and calamari. Prrrrreeetty intense.
There was a lunch rush but it was over as fast as it had begun.
I was so happy to get some 'go-time' in my life.
I'll let you know how day 2-4 go.

The bracelet I made for my mama. It has cute little charms on it- A watering pot because she likes to garden, an iron because she's is a mom... and moms do that, a sewing machine and thread because she is an awesome seamstress; she made all my formal dresses for high school dances, and pearls... just because they look cute.
Sea shells that I... borrowed from the ocean...
Wish dust. So cute.
A bracelet I made for a friend that's going through a rough time. Each piece of the bracelet has a meaning- The gold band stands for how I admire her ambitious attitude, the silver band stands for how she is gracefully distinguished, those two bands are linked together with jade and blue topaz gems to inspire hope. The blue band because she is intuitive, and green band to help soothe and relax, those two bands are linked together by a heart and a pearl to remind her to follow her heart and that Geminis (she is a Gemini) can conquer intricate obstacles.
Pins Vanessa and I are making for cork boards. Cute for secretaries and stuff, right? I think so.

A slow cooker and some flowers

The first two pictures are of the lovely flowers I purchased at the Farmer's Market. They are very fragrant and have stayed ever so lovely for the past week. Great purchase, indeed!

The second picture is of another great purchase- a slow cooker. Last night there was a feast of beef stew from the slow cooker and cheesy garlic mashed potatoes. I am very impressed with myself making mashed potatoes. They were a little salty but still... very good!

My mom taught me how to make chicken noodle soup with made from scratch noodles.
Last night we got a little fancy with our noodles.
The we realized the chicken was still frozen... and the spinach was bad...
So it turned into noodle and carrot soup. Still good though.

After I read a good book I get sucked into thinking artistically. I observe random details and form my thoughts into clever sentences in my novel of life.
(Example: I was tired. Too tired to care about my New Year's resolutions and settled for a cheeseburger. I watched a blond woman stare blankly at a cooler full of water bottles. She was wearing a knee length black dress, pearls and sleek shiny stilettos. She let out a light sigh and then opened the cooler and plucked out a Fiji water so gracefully you'd think she was in a meadow picking tulips. She floated effortlessly to the register. The cashier took her bottled water and scanned it, mumbling the price. The woman leaned in and gently whispered, "Pardon?" The cashier sighed and raised his head. "I said..." His eyes widened and he stood erect. He cleared his throat and smiled. He must have been as caught off guard as I was. What was she doing all the way out here at a dingy truck stop dressed like that? I hope she didn't travel like that. I imagined driving how far I'd come in stilettos.
I call this my Author Rachel voice. There are many different Rachels. There is ballerina Rachel. She taught me how to be graceful though, I rarely am. There is Olympic swimmer Rachel. She is athletic and likes to teach people how to swim. Also, French chef Rachel, Maid Rachel, psychologist Rachel, Fashion designer Rachel and many others. I usually tap into these alternate realities when I get bored folding laundry (Maid Rachel) or when something gets a little tough, like my cooking disasters. (French chef Rachel) My other Rachels help me get things done and help me keep a positive attitude.
My first 2011 cooking mistake was dumping noodles into a pot of water before the water had boiled. In fact, the burner wasn't even on. But, not to fear, French Chef Rachel shrugged it off and began working on the pasta sauce.

Weird, yeah, but it works for me.

Going home for Christmas really helped me. It helped me relax and helped me feel like it was Christmas time. The best, most awesome reason it helped me was this:
For the first time in too long it made me step back from my current situation and opened my eyes.. and kind of punched me in the stomach and knocked the wind out of me. How could I have let things go for so long? Did I seriously think this passed as clean, acceptable, good, healthy? What ever happened to the Rachel is awesome and can do anything Rachel?? I had made so many excuses for myself I was blinded into thinking that settling was okay. There is no Bum Rachel. There is no Lazy Rachel. Not anymore.
For years and years my schedule was jam-packed with work and hobbies and other time consuming things. I loved running from a swim meet into dance class still dripping wet hoping my swim suit could pass as a leotard. There was a constant booming voice that yelled, "MOVE! MOVE! MOVE!" I need that. There are a million excuses that I could use that catapulted me into my numbing nothingness.

So here I go. New year. New me.
And it feels sooooo goooooood.

I'm waiting on the maintenance man (sounds like the Medicine Man) to come fix my leaking fridge. I can hear him buzzing around in his little cart all over the complex.

My shoes come today. Maybe tomorrow. But I'm betting on today. And I am excited.

If you backed into a car in a parking lot would you drive off without telling or would you let the person know? A friend of mine found a note on her car that said this:
"I'm sorry I hit your car. I'm pretending to write down my information because like 5 people saw. Sorry. I hope your day goes better."
This would be the kind of thing that I wouldn't find funny until a later date.

...Maintenance man?... Nope. Another drive by.

It's a rainy day. Thought I'd let you know.

I slept two hours last night. I would try and take a nap but I know the moment I lay down the maintenance man would come. So I'll wait. I hate wait.

Did I tell you I have the chicken pox? Well, I do. Or did. I'm almost over it. Itchy. Sick and itchy. But on the plus side the relief society from my ward brought me dinner twice. So that was nice.

To the lovely person who draped Christmas lights on their balcony:
Thank you. You are truly lovely for making it feel like Christmas for me. Among my 3 foot tree you are our only Christmas decor at this complex. Wait. There is the lady downstairs who is like a crazy cat lady without cats. She has lights up too. So thank you too.

I've turned to blogging after fighting sleep for the past 3 hours.
Sooo here I am brewing up something interesting.
And here. we. go.

My Thanksgiving was absolutely lovely.
We drove to San Jose Wednesday night. Upon arrival were gathered up into welcoming arms. I scooped up my beautiful nieces in my arms and kissed them on the head. I love being with family for the Holidays. We talked for a bit and caught up on who-is-where and who-is-doing-what and then went to bed. I woke up to the smell of the Thanksgiving preparations swirling up from the kitchen downstairs. That afternoon I went to the park with the little ones. They taught me how to play basketball. I was impressed with myself. She still gots it ;) Our Thanksgiving meal was a mix of Tongan and your basic Thanksgiving foods. Being surrounded by family while stuffing your face is glorious. We all dozed off for an hour or two and then went to a movie. The next morning Brett, Liana, and I slipped out to go to San Fransisco to see my dad's grave. I hadn't been there since the funeral. We cleaned off the marker and put some Christmasy flowers in a vase. I loved being there with Brett. Since I met Brett I've wanted him to see my dad's grave. It felt crossing off an item on a long list of to dos. The grave site is a phenomenal view. It smells like fresh pine trees and often has subtle fog wrapping around the trees. You can see the ocean from my dad's grave. It is beautiful. Simply breath-taking.
Then we went to visit more family in San Fransisco. I hadn't seen them since my sister's wedding. After that we went back to San Jose, took a nap, and said our goodbyes and headed back to Monterey.

We are alll unpacked and the apartment is coming together nicely.
I made baked mac and cheese tonight for dinner and it was delicious. I am so proud of myself. I did it! And it was sooooooooo good! Wahoo!

I'm thinking about coloring my hair while it's growing out. Nothing too crazy. Just something fun. What say you?

Soooooooo I'm in Monterey.
The drive wasn't terrible. However, I now know that I hate Reno. HATE.
Monterey is a gorgeous place and it is quickly settling itself in the coziest corner of my heart.
Sigh.
Brett and I dodged a scary situation- there is a half marathon going on today and tomorrow and all hotels this side of the Mississippi have zero vacancies. Lucky for us a wedding party rented out a hotel and had ONE, count it ONE available room. So we are here, stuffed with delicious food and watching Iron Chef.
Brett and I went to Fisher Man's Wharf for his birthday dinner. I had a delicious pasta with shrimp, salmon, and scallops as big as my eye. Yummo.
I LOVE everything about the bay. The loud honking seals, the Kamikaze seagulls, the somewhat slimy men luring me in to try their clam chowder. To which I say, why yes, yes, I will try your clam chowder and I graciously take the plastic cup into my chilly hands and raise it to my lips. It is my absolute favorite comfort food and I didn't try one I didn't like.
Cue choir of angles and beaming bright stream of sunlight riiiiight onto this glorious part of the world. My stomach is smiling. I am smiling.
Jeri gave me a lovely scarf from her trip to Barcelona. Tons of girls here are wearing scarves. So I felt like I fit right in. I like it.

I was getting really annoyed with blogging because everyone blogs and maybe everyone was so tied up with other blogs, all blogs except mine so what was the point of blogging? Then, someone told me to hurry up and blog something because they checked my blog nightly. So That was nice. So here I am. Just a quick post but whateva.

This week has be craaaazy busy. You see, I am moving to California on Friday and I have a lot more crap than I thought. A lot. Nothing I can't handle though :)

I made other earrings but never took pictures of them. Thus not making it onto my bloggie.

I was deeply thinking yesterday night. (Dangerous pastime, I know.) It was a Friday and I realized that for once in a long time my Friday night wasn't filled to the brim with parties and text messages and carelessness that the weekend used to fill me up with. Why? What am I doing wrong? Is that even wrong? Do friends just not want to hang out with me anymore? Am I boring? Is it because I'm married? Do I smell bad? I think a whole mixture of reason would explain why my weekends are so boring but for now I can tell you that I sure don't smell bad. I checked. New perfume.
I remember when the long weeks would suffocate me into some kind of weird coma and the breath of Friday morning would jolt me back to life for the long awaited weekend. Now all my days blur into one. No weekends, no "I hate Mondays". Just days.

Things I want to do: (Things that will maybe revive my weekends)

Volunteer at a hospital. I want to be one of the people who hold the newborns. No I'm not baby-hungry. I just like holding cute things.
Sing. I miss singing.
Choreograph dances.
Teach/ coach swim agian.
Have some kind of "status". Like how high school kids have a status. ("jock", "cheerleader", "swimmer", "geek")
Make a fantastic pasta dish.
Get back in the habit of going to the gym.

Anyway,
It's 7 AM and I can't will my eyes to close any longer. Thus, the blogging.

It's getting colder outside. The evenings are anyway. I can't believe summer is coming to an end. It has come and gone so quickly. I didn't do anything outstanding this summer which I'm fine with. I have enjoyed sunsets and spending time with the people I love. Awh. Tender, I know.

I watched Eat Pray Love last night. I liked it but it was way too long for my 3 year old attention span.

Uhhg. My abdominal muscles are sore. Thanks yoga. Ahhh I haven't been this sore for a long time. It feels goooood.

I think my newest phase might be wearing lipstick. The last time I rolled a lovely shade of amber rose (That's the color name on my tube of lipstick) across my lips a lanky guy enthusiastically told me (complete with a Z formation snap) that I looked like I walked out of a magazine. Sooooo why wouldn't I wear it!

Speaking of phases, I stumbled across my high school year books. Oh wow. You wouldn't believe the phases I went through.
Sophomore year I was still figuring out my style and what jeans fit me annnnd a bazillion other scared sophomore things and ended up with a girly-confused-polo shirt-bad pair of corduroy pants-wearing mess of a girl. Yeah, that's a phase.
Junior year I phased into a semi hippie-semi monochromatic-semi athletic-semi stolen from the drama department's costume shop something or other. You can tell how dashing I must have looked by how easily that rolls off your tongue.
Senior year I did a I don't care I'm an athlete-frenzied-blue jean-casual jacket-wearing-easy going thing.
And now, I don't know what kind of phase I'm in. But I do know that I am a cardigan lover. Big time.

My leg is doing better. My tummy is doing better. My tooth is doing better. Sooo I guess I'm a little boring these days.
Oh wait! I AM moving to California in a couple months. I am excited and nervous. Holla to my familia in California. I am already tearing up thinking about being so far from friends. BUT it's one more chapter in my book. And I like that.

Juuuust in case anyone is thinking Wow, Rachel is such a cool girl. I want to give her a gift that she will love forever and ever... That gift would be a topaz ring. Yes, it would be. I used to have an awesome ring that had an amethyst and topaz gem that delicately wrapped around my finger (I thought it was so cool and those gems are mine and my love's birthstones... and I'm a werido so that's when I knew our love was fate. Kidding.) But I lost it. Boo. I've been Etsy browsing for months and I keep running into topaz loveliness.

When I was younger I thought I was too cool for trick-or-treating on Halloween. But I was however, cool enough to walk my little dressed up self three blocks away to partake in a magical experience. A lady every year for Halloween made homemade doughnuts and warm apple cider for the trick-or-treaters. Brilliant woman. Brilliant. I could eat those warm doughnuts until my tummy could hold no more. I haven't had a doughnut for a long time. Soooo maybe a doughnut will suffice instead of a ring? I'll leave that ball in your court...

The other day I attended a wedding that I was a little too dressed up for. But nevertheless, I looked awesome. Kidding... kind of. I can easily say that Julie's invention of the cardigan PIN-CLIP
is the reason why my outfit looked so dynamite.

And yes, it is the infamous peach top that inspired an impaired photo-shoot with myself.
